The new ads for Kanye & LV are out and one of them features a naked ’sleeping’ Amber Rose resting on his leg…what do you think of the ads? Do they represent the brand? The artist ?or his vision?
I know Kanye is all about the visuals so im sure he had a big hand in placing Amber there for the visual aspect. I know the ads are suppose to convey and represent a lifestyle that he wants the target audience to buy into, but i think the buzz is going to be mostly about placing Amber in the ad. When the international press starts digging into who she is and her past / present who knows it could be a good things or a not so good thing for either one.
Something that will be brought up is, if Kanye considered using an ethnic model? Since this is a major luxury brand and is very limited representation of ethnic models it would have been a big thing for Kanye to ‘put on’ a credited ethnic model to show the world the diversity of beauty…am i going to far?
Ok she has a shaven head, but would he have used Alek Wek? Just asking…
