I was browsing the internet for a gift for my niece and a came across these Sketchers that they call D’Lish. Is it just me or is this an exact copy of the ‘Pastry’ Fab Cookie. The fact that they even call them D’Lish ( as in Delicious) to draw relation to the Pastry Fab Cookies is just wrong i think. It’s not like they are much cheaper (junior sizes are $50.00 £35.00) so is it to be taken as a compliment or is it an infringement?
